DR. PHAM VAN BAC

Graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1982.

Completed Specialist Training in Dermatology in 1989 at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City.

Has worked at Ho Chi Minh City Hospital of Dermatology since 1992. Served as Vice Director of the Hospital from 2006 until his retirement in 2017.
